In this Recruiter role, you will partner with department managers to identify candidate suitability while delivering shortlists of qualified applicants. Your focus will be on proactively sourcing passive candidates and refining the recruitment process alongside HR and management teams, ensuring a seamless experience in high-volume hiring.
