Protak Consulting Group is recruiting a Human Resources Consultant to work with the federal government, focusing on staffing strategies and policy enhancements. Candidates should possess significant experience in human resources, including managing HR systems and training development. Work in this position requires two days on-site in Ottawa weekly, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft staffing strategies linked to organizational HR plans

• Revise HR policies, directives, and staffing tools

• Mentor Junior Advisors and support their development

• Execute training programs for HR managers

• Verify staffing files in accordance with corporate policies

Requirements:

• Must have active Government of Canada security clearance

• At least 5-10 years in HR or related fields

• 7 years recent HR experience needed

• 4 years with HR Management System Guardian

• References required with your resume
