As a Bilingual HR Specialist, you will provide coaching and implement HR policies while ensuring employee compliance. Your focus will be on equity and promoting a collaborative atmosphere consistent with CMHC's mission. This position is temporary, lasting 12 months, and provides a unique opportunity to influence positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on HR and employee relations compliance
• Facilitate conflict resolution among employees
• Serve as a resource for complex HR issues
• Design training and communication materials for staff
• Investigate workplace complaints thoroughly
Requirements:
• Degree in human resources or similar
• Five years’ experience in HR practices
• Strong understanding of employment law
• Proven negotiation and coaching skills
• Fluent in both French and English for communication
