Corporate Recruiter
Compensation: $95,000 to $100,000 CAD annually
The RoleHudson Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in networking and telecommunications technology for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Ottawa. This is a full cycle, end to end recruiting role within a corporate environment, working closely with stakeholders across the business from intake through offer, on a hybrid schedule.
What You Will Actually Do- Manage full cycle, end to end recruiting, from intake through offer, within a corporate environment
- Partner directly with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and keep the process moving
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, at every stage of the hiring process
- Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities at once in a fast moving corporate environment
- A recruiter with 3 to 5 years of full cycle, end to end corporate recruiting experience
- Someone confident managing relationships with stakeholders at every level, from hiring managers to leadership
- A strong communicator, both verbal and written
- 3 to 5 years of full cycle, end to end recruiting experience within a corporate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Based in or able to commute to Ottawa, Ontario for a hybrid schedule
