Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR functions including compliance and performance management

• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

• Maintain policies that reflect best practices and regulatory compliance

• Guide workforce planning and employee development efforts

• Manage employee recognition and rewards programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role within healthcare

• Strong understanding of Ontario workplace laws

• Excellent coaching and conflict management abilities

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
