• Oversee all steps of the technical recruiting process

• Lead negotiation and closing with candidates
• Strengthen interview processes and candidate assessments
Requirements:
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven success in recruiting for engineering fields
• Proficiency in modern ATS and sourcing tools
• Experience working with engineering leadership teams
• Ability to maintain candidate engagement over time
