As Vice President of Total Rewards, you're responsible for setting and advancing strategic compensation initiatives that align with organizational objectives. This role emphasizes collaboration across HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure that total rewards programs reflect both business priorities and market competitiveness. Your capacity for hands-on execution will lead to innovative benefits and compensation structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the evolution of total rewards strategies globally
• Lead executive compensation assessments and Board presentations
• Collaborate on equity program management and design
• Create equitable compensation and recognition systems
• Direct global benefits management and evaluations
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in total rewards, compensation, and benefits
• Expertise in global compensation regulations and practices
• Experience managing equity programs in complex settings
• Excellent leadership and strategic communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution
