- They are also appointed to Conduct payment simulations to ensure accuracy to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must review discrepancy reports to ensure high-quality data working at this post.
- They must have to Manage inquiries and document records in the case management system.
- They are also appointed to collaborate with internal HR teams to resolve client issues on various topics and escalates complex inquiries as needed.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to Identify opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Candidates working in this post must attain a dedicated college diploma or university degree in a relevant field and dedicate 1 year of working experience.
- They must attain dedicated experience working with SAP, Success Factors (Employee Central), and Service Now.
- They’ll also get dedicated experience with MS Office including Outlook, MS TEAMS, etc.
- Candidates must attain previous experience in a client or customer service environment with the proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Candidates must attain dedicated knowledge of English and French and must work at this post.
- Working at this post they’ll have to present the role of client service representative.
- They must acquire good analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
