Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid, primarily remote with 1 to 2 days onsite per week)

Language: Advanced written and spoken English and French required (Bilingual Essential)

Duration: 22-month full-time term

Your Responsibilities
  • You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions, from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • You'll partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and guide hiring decisions.
  • You'll proactively source top talent using Linked In Recruiter, social media, and creative talent attraction strategies.
  • You'll create interview guides, screening tools, and assessments to support fair, inclusive, and effective hiring.
  • You'll manage candidate communications, reference checks, offer preparation, and applicant tracking system updates.
  • You'll collaborate with HR colleagues on employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other talent attraction platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR technology, ideally including Workday and Jobvite.
  • Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience with professionalism and attention to detail.
