Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to implement strategic recruitment strategies and build a candidate pool.
• Develop and implement hiring and interview processes to assess and select candidates.
• Actively headhunt and source candidates, marketing opportunities on various platforms to attract talent.
• Use interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage potential candidates and understand their career goals.
• Screen resumes and pre-screen candidates while promoting career opportunities.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer documents.
• Research and improve recruitment processes to attract talent effectively.

The company is looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; pursuing or completing CHRP is an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the social services sector.
• Experience with ADP is a strong asset.
• Outgoing, professional, and assertive communicator focused on building and supporting relationships.
• Highly effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passion for people, HR, and recruitment.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with excellent organization and project management skills.

• Salary range: $40,000 to $55,000 CAD annually.
