Position: Virtual Recruiter for Childcare at Sentient
Become a part-time Virtual Recruiter with Sentient HR in Ottawa, specialized in childcare staffing. Drive recruitment efforts, maintain interviews, and onboard staff remotely to support our growing mission.

In this role, you'll actively recruit supply and contract childcare staff while managing the interview and onboarding processes. With a focus on building relationships, you will ensure effective talent management to meet our expanding needs in Ontario's education sector. Your recruitment efforts will help connect passionate educators with meaningful opportunities, shaping the future of childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and adjust recruitment messaging for effectiveness

• Create engaging weekly recruitment posts on multiple platforms

• Research and post in suitable job advertising groups

• Monitor e-Orientation site completion targets

• Collect required documentation for candidates

Requirements:

• 6+ months of recruiting experience, preferably in education

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field

• Mass recruitment experience is advantageous

• Technology proficient for cloud-based tasks

• Must reside in or around Ottawa
