NAV CANADA is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs & Insights to lead a team responsible for the Talent Acquisition programs, partnerships, analytics, and initiatives that help us attract and hire the talent needed to support our operational and business priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical recruitment professional who enjoys balancing strategy and execution. You'll lead key attraction and selection programs, leverage labour market intelligence to guide decision-making, build meaningful partnerships, oversee recruitment events across the country, and continuously improve how we find and engage top talent.

*** Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for talent acquisition programs and initiatives.
* Foster a collaborative, service-oriented, and continuous improvement culture.
* Set priorities, establish goals, and support employee development and performance.
** Drive Talent Acquisition Programs
*** Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of attraction and selection programs.
* Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities and implement practical, effective solutions.
* Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements that improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives that support organizational recruitment needs.
** Partner with the Business
