We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP S/4

HANA Security and GRC Analyst to support our SAP S/4

HANA project migration and provide ongoing business support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), ensuring adherence to compliance standards. This role requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

$110,400 - $130,500 (general guideline for Ottawa, Ontario)

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Migration:
  Support the migration of our SAP system to S/4
  
  HANA, including implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4
  
  HANA Security and GRC solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, addressing findings promptly.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop security policies and controls.
• Ongoing Business Support:
  Provide technical support for our SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working with our SAP RISE partners for patching, upgrades and feature pack updates, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain SAP security best practices, including authentication and authorization, data encryption and protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Security, including at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation with SAP RISE and private cloud.
• Strong SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation and support.
• Expertise in SAP security configuration and management.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to global SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• SAP certification in Basis and/or Security, or S/4
  
  HANA is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• BASIS exposure/knowledge is preferred.
