Position: Senior Reliability Cleared Salesforce Developer to support the modernization of enterprise CRM and case management

Our public sector client requires two Senior Reliability-cleared Salesforce Developers to support the modernization of enterprise CRM and case management applications through the implementation of a Salesforce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

The resources will support the analysis, design, development, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions as part of an enterprise-wide initiative to transition from legacy on-premises CRM systems to a modern, low-code, citizen-development-enabled platform. The role requires hands-on Salesforce development experience, the ability to work independently, and collaboration within Agile Dev Sec Ops  delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing CRM code, Salesforce objects, and configurations to assess functional fit and impact of SaaS migration
  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on approved functional and technical requirements
  • Create and modify Salesforce user interfaces using OmniScript and develop reports using Salesforce native reporting tools
  • Translate functional requirements into Salesforce design, development, and implementation activities
  • Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business rules and successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Produce technical specifications and supporting documentation based on functional specifications
  • Support Agile delivery using Dev Sec Op s standards, tools, and practices
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Conduct impact analysis related to transitioning legacy CRM applications to Salesforce SaaS
  • Collaborate with technical teams, functional stakeholders, and project resources to resolve issues and support solution delivery
  • Provide regular status updates and contribute to project documentation and reporting
