• Miebach Consulting, Inc. Canada with business location at 1000 Sherbrooke Ouest 1410 H3A 3G4 Montreal, Canada is seeking a motivated full time permanent Supply Chain Management Consultant to join our Supply Chain Innovation practice in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
• Annual Wage: $91,167
• Work Hours per week: 40

  Ottawa, Canada (hybrid-work policy and ability to travel to client site as required).

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and data inputs
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support supply chain strategy, network design, and facility design initiatives
• Develop innovative, customized, cost-effective, and practical supply chain solutions
• Support the design of distribution centers and production logistics, including layout concepts, process flows, and material handling strategies
• Prepare clear, structured client deliverables and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations effectively

• Contribute to workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships through professional communication and reliable project execution
• Support team members in managing client expectations and timelines

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and international Miebach teams
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, tools, and methodology development

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management

• 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting
• 6 months of international field experience
• Working experience s in the following functions: network optimization, warehouse design, transportation optimization, logistics automation, and material handling equipment

• General
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Advance English, basic French
• Analytics
  • Ability to manipulate, clean, analyze, and transform large datasets using python libraries, SQL, Power
    
    BI, and other analytical tools
• Supply Chain Planning & Operational Tool Development
  • Full stack software development capability and experience
  • Expertise in applying software engineering practices (i.e. APIs, data pipeline automation, model and analysis automation, relational database schema design, etc.) to supply chain consulting deliverables
  • Familiarity with the following toolkits:
    JavaScript, SQL, React, Django, Docker, Redis
• Supply Chain Modeling
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Network Optimizatio
  • Experience building simulation models for manufacturing and logistics operations
• Candidate must be proficient in the following software:
  • Optimisation software:
    Supply Chain Guru , Foresta
  • Simulation software:
    Simio and Siemens Plant Sim
  • App development:
    Mendix, Azure Apps
