The Role
Are you ready to take on a high-impact role as a Customer Partner supporting the Government of Canada? At Kyndryl, we’re looking for a dynamic relationship builder who can drive strategic growth, deepen trust with public sector leaders, and deliver mission-critical outcomes that support Canada’s digital transformation.
In this role, you’ll be empowered to create, maintain, and grow strong partnerships with federal departments and agencies. You’ll bring the best of Kyndryl to the table—delivering innovative solutions, ensuring compliance with government standards, and building trusted relationships with senior public sector executives.
But this role is about more than just maintaining the status quo. As a Customer Partner, you’ll proactively drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing engagements, and ensuring continuity in renewals. Your focus will be on delivering value that aligns with government priorities—whether it’s modernization, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, or citizen service delivery.
You’ll be a strategic leader, responsible for crafting and executing account strategies that reflect the unique needs of the federal government. Your ability to navigate complex procurement environments, understand regulatory frameworks, and align with departmental mandates will be key to your success.
Collaboration is essential. You’ll work closely with internal teams and ecosystem partners to ensure seamless delivery and execution—from initial engagement through to long-term service excellence. You’ll also lead or co-lead one or more strategic accounts, helping to shape the future of public sector IT in Canada.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll bring deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of government operations. You’ll stay ahead of emerging trends and policy shifts, ensuring that Kyndryl remains a valued and forward-thinking partner.
You’ll also own the account P&L, ensuring financial health, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction. Integrity, transparency, and accountability will be at the core of everything you do.

Required Skills and Experience
7+ years experience running account P&L within the federal government
5+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
Government of Canada security clearance
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
