SAP Functional: FM Lead

This role is primarily remote; however, the selected candidate must be willing and able to attend on-site workshops at the client's premises in Ottawa, as required.

We are seeking a skilled individual with extensive experience in SAP Functional FM to lead and innovate within our team. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive solutions and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of the FM module, with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
• Minimum of 15 years in FM implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP SD Functional.
• Ability to run workshops and gather requirements from clients using SAP ECC.
• Secret Clearance is required.

• Experience with modern frameworks and agile practices.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in integrating with other SAP modules.

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
