Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4

HANA Business Analyst to support a major enterprise client’s transformation program migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA. You will play a key role in facilitating workshops and documenting current (As-Is) business processes across multiple functional areas—ensuring the client has a clear and validated picture of existing workflows before defining the future-state S/4

HANA design. This is an opportunity to influence a large, complex SAP transformation from the ground up, working closely with business and IT stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management, and Facilities.

• Facilitate As-Is business process workshops with functional leads and subject matter experts across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, HCM, and Facilities
• Document current-state (As-Is) end-to-end processes in detail, including steps, dependencies, roles/responsibilities, and systems/data interactions
• Develop and maintain standard templates and mapping conventions to ensure consistency of process documentation across multiple work streams
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts and the Program Manager to coordinate cross-functional workshops, align documentation, and support gap/opportunity analysis between As-Is and To-Be
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices tied to documented processes, and contribute to change management and communication materials

• Based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, or within daily commuting distance to Ottawa for on-site work
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting large, complex enterprise transformation projects (SAP preferred), including at least 5 years of work and/or education experience in Canada
• Proven experience facilitating As-Is business process workshops and documenting current-state end-to-end processes across multiple functional areas
• Strong proficiency with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, SAP Signavio, or ARIS
• Demonstrated experience working on SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations or SAP ECC-to-S/4
  
  HANA migration programs

• Experience working across at least two of:
  Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Human Capital Management, or Facilities/Real Estate/Asset Management
• Experience in public sector, healthcare, or other regulated or unionized environments
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using tools such as HP ALM or SAP Solution Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, or MDG integration points, and understanding of process governance or business architecture frameworks
