• Lead client engagement teams and deliver professional services for UKG Pro WFM implementation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverable quality.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, test, and support deployment.
• Maintain productive relationships with client management and understand business priorities.
• Provide on‑the‑job feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
• Stay current with UKG Pro WFM technical knowledge and industry trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long‑term client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• 2–5 years of UKG Pro WFM implementation in complex sectors.
• UKG Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration certification (ideal).
• Experience in solution gap analysis, business process design, and configuration.
• Hands‑on configuration and client discussion leadership.
• End‑to‑end implementation life cycle knowledge.
• Project management experience (beneficial).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel up to 30%.
