Cord3 Innovation Inc. is seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to various analytical tasks related to the RCMP systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Review of RCMP Systems: Creating a report detailing RCMP information systems and data types (MS Word).Analysis of Information Exchange Requirements: Developing a report detailing information exchange requirements between RCMP systems (MS Word).Analysis of Information Exchange Requirements with External Stakeholders: Preparing a report detailing information exchange requirements with external stakeholders (MS Word).Analysis of Information Labelling Requirements: Compiling a report detailing information labelling requirements for information exchange (MS Word).Final Report: Summarizing activities carried out, results, and recommendations in a final report (MS Word).Required Skills:Data Modelling: Minimum of one (1) year experience using data modelling tools.Statistical Modelling: Minimum of one (1) year experience using statistical modelling tools.Data Mining: Minimum of one (1) year experience using data mining tools.Programming Experience: Five (5) years of cumulative programming experience within the last 10 years with:- SQL or No
SQL - Java Script
- HTML
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Elasticsearch or similar
- Python, Spark, R, Scala, SAS, or similar
Designing and Operationalizing Applications: Two (2) years of combined experience in designing and operationalizing applications.Machine or Deep Learning: One (1) course or project experience of at least six (6) months duration in machine or deep learning.Engagement:
Part-time Contract Opportunity with RCMP until 31 March 2026 with potential annual extensions.
Mandatory Security Clearance Level:
Candidate must hold a Current Active Top Secret Clearance.
