About the role:
We are looking for a performance-driven Influencer Marketing Manager with strong exposure to finance, trading, crypto, andWeb3 influencers. The role involves identifying, negotiating, onboarding, and managing global influencers (India, Middle East, South East Asia) to execute ROI-focused campaigns. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and campaign optimization.
Roles & Responsibility:
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
· Identify, shortlist, and onboard finance, trading, crypto, and fintech influencers/KOLs.
· Source influencers across Instagram, You Tube, and Telegram for India, ME, and SEA markets.
· Evaluate influencers based on engagement, audience quality, geography, and past collaborations.
Negotiation & Campaign Execution
· Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
· Finalize and execute campaigns including reels, stories, You Tube videos, live sessions, and Telegram posts.
· Ensure timely delivery of content as per agreed KPIs and brand guidelines.
Influencer Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for influencers.
· Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
· Handle coordination, queries, and conflict resolution professionally.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
· Track campaign performance (views, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI).
· Optimize influencer strategy based on data insights and results.
Market & Trend Research
· Stay updated on influencer marketing trends in finance, crypto, and Web

· Identify new creators, platforms, and content formats.
· Ensure influencer content aligns with platform policies and financial advertising guidelines.
RequirementsQualification & Experience:
· Proven experience in Influencer Marketing (Finance / Trading / Crypto preferred).
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Hands-on experience with Instagram, You Tube, and Telegram.
· Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously.
· Comfortable working with global influencers and performance-driven campaigns.
Good to have:
· Experience with crypto exchanges, Web3 startups, fintech, or trading brands.
· Existing network of finance/trading influencers.
· Familiarity with influencer tracking and analytics tools.
