CMHC is actively seeking a Bilingual Senior Specialist to join the Infrastructure and Operations team. This hybrid full-time role emphasizes your leadership in IT Operations Management, focusing on incident and service improvement using tools like Service Now and Dynatrace. The position involves monitoring IT service health and ensuring proactive service visibility across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor infrastructure and application health using observability tools

• Validate and correlate alerts to identify early incidents

• Analyze trends and service degradation patterns for improvements

• Produce actionable insights for operations control and governance

• Support incident management with real-time operational insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in IT Operations/IT Service Management

• ITIL Foundation certification is required

• Hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM

• Strong understanding of monitoring concepts across IT

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
