Our client is seeking a Network Support Specialist to support operational enterprise environments. The role supports secure WAN/LAN infrastructure used for multi‑national defense‑aligned operational training and network exercise activities.

This is a hands‑on operational networking role within a secure environment focused on enterprise routing/switching support, network troubleshooting, operational maintenance, incident response, and infrastructure support activities.

• Provide operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure
• Troubleshoot Cisco routing/switching environments
• Investigate and resolve network connectivity issues
• Support routing environments involving OSPF and BGP
• Support VLANs, ACLs, STP, GRE/tunneling technologies
• Participate in incident management and operational support activities
• Implement approved configuration changes through change management
• Support network upgrades, migrations, hardware installations, and staging

• Cisco routing & switching troubleshooting
• OSPF/BGP fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Experience in secure enterprise or federal government environments
• Ability to work onsite within secure federal facilities

• NATO Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Palo Alto / Fortinet experience
• Enterprise firewall support experience

Salary Range: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
