Position: Barracuda Onboarding Engineer Role

As a key technical contributor, you will offer advanced implementations for Barracuda security products while serving as a technical escalation point. This position involves collaborating actively with cross-functional teams and leading onboarding efforts to ensure smooth customer experiences and measurable success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver implementations and integrations of Barracuda security solutions

• Conduct advanced onboarding and Professional Services engagements

• Support design of scalable and effective customer experiences

• Perform technical assessments and facilitate smooth handoffs

• Mentor junior engineers and develop best-practice solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years in security software implementation and network architecture

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or higher

• Strong mentorship and leadership skills

• Deep knowledge of email security and networking fundamentals

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
