Take on a pivotal role at TELUS Health as the Organic Growth Strategy Manager. Drive enterprise growth initiatives by analyzing market insights and optimizing cross-sell strategies across the portfolio.

In this key position within the Portfolio & Organic Growth Office, you will lead the development of the growth strategy, ensuring alignment with TELUS Health’s global portfolio. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance overall portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Organic Growth Strategy

• Identify and prioritize cross-sell and upsell opportunities

• Translate insights into strategic actions for leadership

• Support portfolio messaging alignment and value propositions

• Enable governance forums for decision-making

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy or growth roles

• Strong analytical and narrative-building skills

• Experience working with Product and Marketing teams

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority

• Familiarity with health or SaaS environments
