Executive IT Support Specialist

In this role, you will act as the primary IT support contact for executive users. Your strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities will be critical for delivering outstanding client service. You will proactively identify potential issues, manage incidents, and support onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for executive user IT support
• Provide in-person and remote white-glove assistance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and maintain operating systems and software
• Document incidents within IT service management platform
Requirements:
• Solid understanding of desktop and mobile device support
• Experience in structured IT service desk environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
