IT Change Management Specialist at Workday

The IT Change Management Specialist will oversee the change enablement practice, coordinating requests from various college stakeholders. You will evaluate risks, lead process improvements, and provide coaching to the Workday Support Team. This professional position involves direct involvement in budget management and team oversight, especially in the absence of the manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stakeholder expectations across the College
• Handle change requests from business owners and users
• Plan and implement features from Workday releases
• Evaluate the value of system changes
• Support process improvement opportunities and coaching
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certification in Change Management or related disciplines
• Minimum nine years of experience in ERP systems
• Familiarity with Workday preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
