This role involves rotational shifts including evening, night, and weekend support. Candidates must be comfortable working in 2nd and 3rd shifts (afternoon to midnight / midnight to morning) after the initial training period (first 2 weeks will be standard day shift).

The Silicon Validation Technician will support silicon characterization and validation activities by operating test equipment, collecting data, assisting engineers, and maintaining lab hardware. The role is hands‑on and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently during off‑shift hours.

• Operate ATE systems and evaluation boards for data collection
• Assist in building, assembling, and maintaining board kits
• Support data analysis and report preparation
• Perform board‑level hardware rework and modifications
• Manage lab operations and hardware tracking
• Ensure ESD and lab safety compliance

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification with 4+ years experience
• Strong soldering, debugging, and rework skills
• PCB and board‑level troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in lab setting
• Good communication and documentation skills
