In this bilingual role, you will support clients through Level 1 and Level 2 issues, serving as a vital communication link. Your responsibilities include managing client inquiries, providing timely updates about our systems, and fostering positive client relationships. Excellent communication in both English and French is pivotal for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for client technical support
• Answer and resolve incoming service calls
• Educate clients on navigating IT Security Systems
• Communicate updates regarding outages to clients
• Maintain detailed records of inquiries and incidents
Requirements:
• Proficient in both English and French, spoken and written
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Eligibility for full-time employment with Interac
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork
