HANA migration while driving technical excellence across diverse SAP solutions.
Our client in Ottawa seeks an SAP Development Lead to support a major migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4
HANA Cloud Private Edition. You will provide technical leadership, oversee SAP development initiatives, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices. Your hands-on knowledge in ABAP development and SAP components will be critical to achieving high-quality outcomes throughout the transformation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical solution design reviews for SAP initiatives
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks
• Oversee custom code remediation and modernization efforts
• Collaborate with architects and business teams for project success
• Provide guidance on SAP integration and extensibility projects
Requirements:
• 15+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Expertise in ABAP OO, HANA optimization, SAP Fiori/UI5
• Experience leading development teams and governance
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Azure Dev Ops
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling processes
