Bilingual Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a technician with a university degree or college diploma in a technology-related field. Candidates must have at least four years of IT experience and three years focused on second-level service desk support. Your skills will be vital in resolving technical issues related to desktop systems and software for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide second-level IT service desk support on-site
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Document solutions for ongoing service improvement
• Deliver remote and deskside support for users
• Support incident and problem management processes
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• University degree or college diploma in technology
• Minimum four years of IT experience
• Three years in second-level service desk support
• Advanced Microsoft knowledge and desktop support experience
