Microsoft Technology Account Lead Manager

As an MTAL, you will engage with technology-driven clients to align Microsoft solutions with their business priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with delivery teams and Microsoft stakeholders to ensure value, innovation, and account growth. This position also involves mentoring juniors and providing technical support to ensure excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technology relationships for assigned client accounts
• Translate client priorities into Microsoft technology roadmaps
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Microsoft platforms
• Collaborate with leadership to identify tech opportunities
• Engage with Microsoft account teams for strategic alignment
Requirements:
• Experience in technology account management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions like Azure and Dynamics
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Proven mentoring and technical guidance capabilities
• Knowledge of technology governance and lifecycle planning
