As a Level 2 support engineer, your responsibilities will include the design, implementation, and management of computer application systems. You’ll collaborate with senior management and external vendors, addressing challenges related to IT systems and infrastructures. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support IT application systems

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing computer setups

• Coordinate installations of software and hardware products

• Manage and provide 24/7 IT support

• Evaluate emerging technologies for operational improvements
Requirements:

• Background in IP Networking and data center technologies

• Experience with Juniper and Fortinet products

• Advanced understanding of wireless and cloud management

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field

• 1+ years of relevant system support experience
