Service Now HRSD Developer

Our client, a growing Business Consulting firm, are hiring a Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join their digital transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing Service Now HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.
Responsibilities- Design, develop and implement Service Now HRSD modules and applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and related HR integrations.
- Customize and configure the Service Now platform using best practices in scripting (client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer etc.)
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and third‑party HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to Service Now development standards, security policies and governance processes.
- Conduct unit testing, UAT support and deploy solutions through established SDLC processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and provide ongoing support for Service Now HRSD applications.
- Stay current with Service Now platform releases and HRSD‑related innovations to recommend improvements and enhancements.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service Now Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of Service Now platform architecture, scripting and configuration.
- Hands‑on experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Center and Lifecycle Events.
- Experience developing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and Integration Hub.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and Angular
JS (or similar front‑end technologies). - Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a remote, distributed team.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD is a bonus.
