Our client seeks an SAP Success Factors Consultant to facilitate stabilization after the upcoming July go-live. You will deliver hands-on support across modules such as Employee Central and Learning Management System. This role involves working closely with business users and project stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of SAP Success Factors after go-live

• Troubleshoot and resolve module-specific issues

• Assist business users with system challenges

• Collaborate on configuration and testing activities

• Identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Success Factors experience

• Functional proficiency in Employee Central and Onboarding

• Background in supporting complex implementations

• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
