In this Regular Full-Time position, you will work within the IT Internal Customer Experience team. Your focus will be on supporting the Human Resources area, particularly with SAP and Success Factors. You will handle user support requests, analyze data, and propose enhancements to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address user-related issues through effective resolution steps
• Conduct detailed analyses of master data and provide support
• Collaborate in reviewing requirements for SAP system changes
• Manage user acceptance and integration testing phases
• Offer technical guidance on Success Factors modules to HR staff
Requirements:
• At least 4 years in SAP ECC support roles
• Direct experience in hands-on SAP configuration
• Minimum of 2 years with Success Factors system support
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and client relationship skills
