Join as a Desktop Support Level 2 Technician focused on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective hardware and software support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
We need a motivated professional with 1-2 years of experience in deskside support and hardware deployment activities. Key responsibilities include performing installations, troubleshooting network issues, and providing 1st level help desk support. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers will be essential for diagnosing problems and coordinating solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct IMAC installations for PCs and printers
• Provide installation and upgrades for software applications
• Troubleshoot deskside hardware and software issues
• Respond to calls from Customer Dispatch for support
• Manage bench repair activities for devices
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of deskside support experience
• A+ certification is mandatory
• Effective internetworking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must have a Diploma from a recognized IT program
