Position: Level 2 Network Support Specialist Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incident triage and ticketing systems

• Perform network monitoring and analysis

• Document and escalate network issues

• Conduct preventive maintenance and backups

• Assist with compliance and accreditation

Requirements:

• 3 years experience or relevant degree/certification

• Proficient in access control lists and VLANs

• Knowledge of the Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)

• Demonstrable understanding of networking technologies

• Security Clearance eligibility required
