Position: Senior Scrum Master (10+ years) to lead delivery within a digital product-oriented POD model

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (10+ years) to lead delivery within a digital product-oriented POD model

Join a high-impact digital delivery team driving retail-focused transformation within the financial services industry. This role manages end-to-end execution of digital product initiatives, coordinating across product, engineering, QA, vendor, and business stakeholders. It combines Agile leadership and project management expertise to enable continuous, iterative delivery within a POD environment. The initial engagement is six months with potential for extension or conversion.

6 months contract to start, BC or ON - % remote.

Must Haves

10+ years in project management and Agile/Scrum delivery within digital product environments

Proven experience facilitating stand-ups
, sprint planning
, and retrospectives

Background in delivering digital initiatives across financial services or comparable industries

Expertise in scope

, and stakeholder management

Technical enough to understand:

Experience managing vendor relationships within digital project delivery

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery within a digital product-oriented POD model

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce iterative delivery cadence

Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, and risks across project streams

Engage with product, engineering, QA, vendor, and business stakeholders to align priorities

Oversee delivery planning, issue tracking, and escalation management

Provide clear status reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
