SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Position

Support ongoing SAP Success Factors deployment as a consultant. Engage with business users, oversee module stabilization, and enhance system processes from go-live.

Our client is searching for an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to provide key support following an early July deployment. This role combines troubleshooting and optimization to ensure smooth operational transitions across vital modules. Ideal candidates will employ their robust functional knowledge and seamless communication to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily post-go-live support for SAP Success Factors

• Troubleshoot issues across Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding

• Support users with system functionality and issue resolution

• Collaborate with teams and vendors for stabilization efforts

• Assist in configuration reviews and defect resolution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP Success Factors experience

• Hands-on experience with Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding

• Experience in post-go-live support for implementations

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
