Your next chapter starts here.We’re looking for an SDR / Junior Account Manager to help drive new business and support our growth in the high‑tech sector.
Responsibilities- Generate new business and engage tech companies needing recruiting support
- Qualify prospects and hand off opportunities to Sales Managers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach
- Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to sales strategy and market growth
- 0–3 years in sales development, business development, or account support
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical hiring needs (developers, engineers, product roles)
- Experience managing a pipeline and working toward revenue goals
- A leadership mindset and the drive to grow
