The role requires a proactive approach to manage change across various projects and work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute change management strategies across projects
• Assess impact of changes on processes and teams
• Maintain stakeholder engagement through workshops
• Draft clear communication materials for change strategies
• Coordinate training sessions and monitor adoption feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or related field
• 3–5 years in transformation or change management roles
• Certification in Prosci or similar methodologies
• Proven executive communication skills
• Eligibility for Canadian security clearance
