Elevate your cybersecurity career with Payments Canada as a Cyber Threat Analyst. This hybrid role focuses on data analysis, threat modeling, and proactive threat hunting to safeguard the organization.
As a Cyber Threat Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Cybersecurity and Operations. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in areas such as cyber threat intelligence and incident response. You will closely collaborate with senior team members, assisting in threat modeling, and hunting to enhance the organization's security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze internal and external threat data
• Monitor and track threat group activities and TTPs
• Assist in developing threat models alongside senior analysts
• Participate in proactive threat hunting operations
• Engage in threat modeling workshops with the team
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Cybersecurity or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and SIEM platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Eligibility for background checks and willingness to travel
