Join our team as a Service Desk Analyst focused on laptop refresh in Ottawa. This contract position requires dual-language skills and extensive IT experience for enterprise support.
The Service Desk Analyst will lead the imaging and provisioning of devices for large-scale deployments. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years in IT and strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop environments and security. Your ability to troubleshoot and support end-users during deployments will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provision devices for enterprise laptop refresh initiatives
• Configure workstations using Microsoft Managed Desktop
• Conduct data migrations and hardware troubleshooting
• Ensure asset lifecycle tracking and compliance validation
• Deliver end-user support during device deployments
Requirements:
• Technology-related degree or college diploma
• 4 years of IT experience, specifically in laptop refresh
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Expertise in Microsoft desktop tools and compliance policies
• Must have Secret security clearance
