Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Now ITSM Consultant with strong Telecom industry experience to design, implement, and optimize IT Service Management processes. The consultant will work with business and technology teams to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Configure Service Catalogs and workflow automation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Support ITIL process improvements and governance.
- Collaborate with telecom operations and service delivery teams.

- 5+ years of Service Now ITSM experience.
- Service Now CIS-ITSM preferred.
Candidates must have prior Telecom industry experience supporting telecom operations, network services, OSS/BSS environments, or customer service organizations.
