Job Title: Service Now ITSM Consultant
Location: GTA, Ontario, Canada
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Service Now ITSM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring ITSM modules and driving process improvements in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities- Implement and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
- Configure workflows, approvals, SLAs, and automation processes.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects.
- Service Now ITSM
- Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Service Catalog and Knowledge Management
- Flow Designer and Workflow
- Performance Analytics
- JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts
- ITIL Framework
- 5+ years of Service Now ITSM experience
- CIS-ITSM Certification preferred
Candidates must have prior BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry experience.
