ERP Application Support Analyst

Become a Systems Analyst for ERP applications with Leverage Tek in Ottawa. This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional support for financial business applications.
The successful analyst will engage in troubleshooting application issues and enhancing ERP functionalities. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing PL/SQL scripts, and supporting software integrations. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to drive operational improvements and ensure compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP financial applications and resolve incidents

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and coordinate application solutions

• Execute and maintain PL/SQL scripts and reports

• Participate in ERP upgrades and testing procedures

• Document procedures and ensure adherence to SOX
Requirements:

• 2-5 years as a Systems Analyst or relevant experience

• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle relational databases

• Knowledge of OS patching and system configuration

• Familiarity with IFS ERP platform is a plus

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
