As an Operations Support professional, you will manage technical events, assist clients with troubleshooting, and process satellite access requests. Additionally, you'll be responsible for logging incidents, providing training for new operators, and coordinating activities with DND operational units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log and process technical events and create incident reports
• Assist clients with minor troubleshooting and modem configurations
• Process Satellite Access Requests and validate authorizations
• Answer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and chat
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on operations
Requirements:
• College diploma in electronics or telecommunications
• Effective communication skills with various authority levels
• Ability to troubleshoot and apply prior knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility and rapid response to technical issues
