The role involves managing a diverse group of over 20 embedded software professionals and ensuring effective team collaboration. Work closely with sales, define project scopes, and facilitate resource management. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of embedded software designers across sites
• Promote team capabilities during client engagements
• Support pre-sales technical discussions and estimates
• Facilitate resource assignments based on project needs
• Manage escalations and provide post-project support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in embedded systems environments
• 3 years of experience in managing teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
