The Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics (C3G) seeks an experienced developer passionate about operational excellence. In this role, you will enhance Kubernetes clusters for the Pan-Canadian Genome Library, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance. Your work will support groundbreaking research, collaborating closely with your Dev Ops peers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage multiple Kubernetes clusters
• Implement infrastructure-as-code for efficient deployments
• Establish network policies and enforce security best practices
• Manage storage solutions and disaster recovery strategies
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for application releases
Requirements:
• 5 years of Kubernetes administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Git Ops tools and container runtimes
• Understanding of networking fundamentals in Kubernetes
• Background in monitoring tools like Prometheus
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in technology fields
